Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to boost revenue through sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives, driving substantial revenue growth.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our presence and position us as the leader in global sustainable farming and using EV's
Ensure Tactical and Operational Excellence: Build a rigorous and repeatable go-to-market machine.
Sales Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and providing the necessary tools and support for their success.
Customer Satisfaction: Oversee efforts to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy, enhancing overall customer success.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform decisions, optimize sales and marketing strategies, and gauge performance effectively.
