Client Services Coordinator (Office Admin/Receptionist)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This person will have a passion for helping others and the patience to match. Ideally, she would have at least 5 years of experience working in an office admin or receptionist type position.
This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional client experience by serving as a primary point of contact, coordinating services, handling billing, and supporting office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
o Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
o Responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication
o Scheduling and coordinating client meetings and appointments
o Ensuring clients are well-informed and their needs are met
Administrative Support
o Collecting and processing payment for invoices
o Creating tickets to manage client requests
o Maintaining client records and databases
o Managing client data and information within internal systems
o Assisting with client onboarding and account management
o Inventory Management
o Experience working within M365 environments
Relationship Management
o Building and maintaining strong client relationships
o Escalating client issues and concerns promptly and effectively
o Have a friendly, compassionate, and patient personality
o Understanding client needs and expectations
Coordination and Collaboration
o Collaborating with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
o Tracking and managing client projects and tasks
o Facilitating communication and information sharing between clients and internal stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
