Client Service Associate

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Santa Fe, NM. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emails, answer phones, and communicate promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Collaborate with Broker Dealer on account establishment, maintenance, and compliance.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and support general administrative tasks, including:
- Document management
- Client file organization and record-keeping
- Supporting firm projects and workflows
- Address and resolve client issues, including:
- Updating personal information
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and new business requests
- Opening accounts and guiding clients through online access setup
- Maintain regular client contact, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Scan, file, and manage online documentation efficiently.
- Research client issues, historical transactions, and account-related inquiries.
- Maintain and update the firm's CRM database.
- Safeguard client confidentiality by adhering to the highest standards of privacy and security.
- Consistently demonstrate a commitment to excellence, best practices, and superior customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
