The Clinical Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the nursing team and ensuring clients receive comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to their physical and psychosocial needs. Additionally, the role supports the company’s sales and marketing initiatives by enhancing the value and excellence of the brand.
This is an in-person Monday through Friday position that does not offer a remote option.

The Clinical Operations Manager supports this mission by ensuring optimal clinical care and oversight for patients, working collaboratively across departments to address patient needs and enhance care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations and other team members to address barriers to care and meet clinical objectives.
- Support the nursing team with clinical documentation, including reviewing daily shift reports and problem-solving care issues.
- Conduct clinical documentation audits to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Plan and lead quarterly QAPI meetings to maintain regulatory standards.
- Perform remote client management tasks, including caregiver orientations and client check-ins.
- Identify and coordinate clinical and community resources to meet client and family needs.
- Conduct clinical skills training and exams for RN, LPN, and HHA hires as required.
- Demonstrate advanced clinical competencies, including assessment, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and importance to meet client needs promptly.
- Deliver services with a holistic, client-centered approach that reflects empathy, compassion, and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience strongly preferred.
- Home care experience strongly preferred.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in New York State.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with high-profile clients.
- Experience with secure online charting systems and precise documentation.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
