Seeking a full-time CMM Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Program new jobs using CAD Based Zeiss/Calypso and Mitutoyo MCOSMOS Software
- Inspect manufactured and/or processed products to verify conformance to customer drawings and specifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High degree of experience using CMM software (programming and operation)
- Must be proficient in applying the principles of GD&T for blueprint / model interpretation and acceptance activities
- Experience with Quality Management System principles ISO9001: 2015, IATF 16949
- Accurately document the results of inspections (Knowledge of the principles of SPC preferred)
- Provide feedback on the quality aspects of parts and assemblies to QA and Production
- Ability to interact with machinists and lead people for communicating inspection results
- 2 years working experience using CMM
- Possess a good mechanical aptitude and/or prior machinist experience a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, set aggressive goals and achieve them
- Must be open to work flexible hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
