A confidential dealer is now hiring an Experienced Commercial Fleetail Manager to join our team!
As the Commercial Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales of vehicles to corporate and government fleets. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the fleet sales process.The Commercial/Fleet Manager will identify, consult and sell vehicles to fleet and commercial account customers. This role will work within the business community and local government agencies to build relationships and drive vehicle purchase programs in a business-to-business environment. The goal is to create an exceptional vehicle-buying experience to build customer loyalty.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the sales of Fleet and Commercial Vehicles division of this organization
- Visit prospective customers to stimulate interest in establishing or expanding vehicle fleet and commercial purchases
- Answer and respond to sales inquiries and/or requests for proposals promptly to obtain business
- Oversee the purchase process of all fleet sales to ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee logistics of vehicle acquisition and delivery to customers
- Attend business and civic functions as assigned by dealership management
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience Fleet Sales experience
- Inventory Management
- Avid understanding of local and regional fleet sales market
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong negotiation and financial analytics skills
- Proficiency with Fleet Sales software and code of conduct
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid AZ driver’s license, good driving record and able to pass a pre employment background.
