Roofing Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will provide leadership, management, and vision to ensure that the company delivers exceptional operational outcomes to meet long-term Company objectives. We are looking for a candidate that has the experience and skill to coach, mentor and lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. A successful Operations Manager must have a passion for the industry, company culture and the drive to be a part of a continuously growing business. This position is responsible for the day-to-day production of the company form interfacing with executive leadership team, estimating, sales, finance, management of field operations, supervision of safety, project management, onsite progress, and employee retention.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee successful execution of all roofing services.
- Take lead for the development of the schedule with all vendors, suppliers, building code agencies and management team.
- Hiring, training, and managing Production Team, Managers, and crews.
- Ensure project schedules and timelines are being met by production
- Quality assurance over roofing material orders and work orders for roofing projects
- Takes lead on productivity issues and monitors work performance and efficiency of company employees in the field to ensure project plans and scheduled and project is executed effectively.
- Creates safety awareness throughout the job site and maintains OSHA required records.
- Provide oversight and accountability, Managers are on track and within budget.

- Approximately 90 % of job will take place in the office and 10% in the field.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
