What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Association Portfolio Manager position at Confidential?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate property management activities for HOA portfolio
- Fulfill role as primary contact for HOA clients
- Prepare monthly HOA board meeting agenda and packet, and present to board
- Attend monthly evening HOA board meetings
- Receive and resolve daily phone and email communications and requests
- Identify and communicate HOA rules' violations
- Coordinate and monitor property maintenance and projects with internal staff and outside vendors
- Obtain and review bids on maintenance projects
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor compliance throughout the year
- We do not provide Health Insurance
Qualifications:
- Five years' experience in HOA property management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Superior customer service
- Comfortable conducting meetings
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient in utilizing basic software products
- Team oriented
- Organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
