What You Bring:
- At least 2-5 years of multifamily industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a property management role.
- South Carolina Property Manager License required.
- Professional appearance, including attire suitable for the office environment, is required.
- A high-energy approach with a focus on exceptional resident service.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a team in leasing, marketing, and collections.
- A problem-solving mindset with a positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with office software like Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Your Role:
- Manage property operations in line with financial goals and budgets set by leadership.
- Drive leasing and occupancy performance through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Maintain delinquency levels within established guidelines.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure it meets high standards.
- Supervise and support office and maintenance staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Approve expenditures and manage costs within the budget.
- Lead the recruitment and hiring process for property staff, working closely with senior management.
- Ensure a professional appearance and attitude for both yourself and your team.
- Oversee leasing activities to meet occupancy goals through effective team coordination.
- Ensure all resident concerns are addressed promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
- Submit all required reports on time, maintaining accurate records.
