Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The Community Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of residents, maintaining the property, and managing administrative tasks. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Oversee vendor contracts and ensure quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all community activities, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Enforce community policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting
- Coordinate resident events and activities to foster a sense of community
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Familiarity with file management and administrative processes
- Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Understanding of legal administrative processes, including LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and Section 8 housing programs
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
