QC Inspector Job Description :
Our client is seeking a QC Inspector to inspect medical devices utilizing a variety of tools. We are seeking candidates with experience using micrometers, coordinate measurement machines (CMM), vision systems, hardness testers, optical comparators, tool scopes, etc. Experience developing inspection plans and CMM programming a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications
- Utilize analysis skills to perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments (CMM, height gages, go / no-go, hardness testing, vision systems, optical comparator, etc.)
