Federal Construction Experience Required

Requirements:
- Construction project management experience required
- Experience managing projects of $5-10M preferred
- Experience on federal government contracts preferred
- Government proposal writing experience
- Technical writing experience
- Able to create bid packages
- Knowledge of bid packages; ability to describe contents in depth
- Able to represent the company in a professional manner
- Experience working for a general contractor

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job related experience.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
- 5 years experience in the construction industry, preferably in program management.
- Must have a good understanding of internal and customer quality requirements.
- Must have good analytical problem solving skills.
- Must have full understanding of computer hardware/software systems.
- Must have ability to understand and use measurement equipment, report writing, and computer skills.

Physical Requirements
- Normal office conditions with some exposure to shop floor conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
