Position Overview
The Controller will oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic planning. This role is critical to ensuring fiscal responsibility, supporting growth, and providing financial insights to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, including audits.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance staff, including cross-functional collaboration with HR on payroll and benefits administration.
- Systems Management: Oversee and optimize financial software and systems to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in the IT or MSP industry is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
