About the Company
Our company is a leading innovator in parcel locker solutions, utilizing national partnerships to enhance last-mile delivery. Recently, raised an oversubscribed funding round, launching a $25M Series A to support our national expansion.
The Role
As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of corporate governance. Your key areas of focus will include drafting and negotiating employee agreements, developing and maintaining bylaws, and handling shareholder agreements. This is a pivotal role in ensuring legal compliance and protecting the company’s interests as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate governance documents, including employee agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and other key legal contracts.
- Advise senior leadership on corporate governance matters and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ensure that all corporate documentation is up-to-date and adheres to best practices.
- Support TQG’s board of directors with governance-related tasks and responsibilities.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures to mitigate legal risk.
- Provide counsel on equity structures and agreements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, shareholder agreements, and employment contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
