Corporate Development Manager

Join one of the nation’s fastest-growing retail organizations groups as a Corporate Development Manager. Play a key role in our growth by evaluating, executing, and integrating strategic acquisitions. This is a high-impact role working closely with our leadership team and external partners to drive acquisitions, financing, investor relations, and real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate acquisition targets, build financial models, and assess strategic merits
- Research new markets and present findings
- Draft term sheets and support legal negotiations
- Manage business due diligence and integration of acquisitions
- Prepare materials for executives and investors
- Collaborate with internal and external teams throughout the deal process
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or consulting
- Strong financial modeling and debt financing knowledge
- Experience with legal documentation and due diligence
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field (MBA a plus)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Retail industry experience a plus, but not required
- Hybrid work (Portland, OR office, occasional remote, 10% travel)
