Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader with a Class A CDL and tree trimming/removal experience to join our dynamic team. The Crew Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service while overseeing daily job sites. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in tree care is required. Must be able to pass drug test.
Monday-Thursday
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate crew members to provide outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Ensure safe work practices
- Transporting equipment
- Operation of aerial lifts and grapple trucks for pruning and removals
Skills
- Ability to identify tree species
- Experience with pruning practices
- Experience with tree removal and stump grinding
- Experience with tree bracing
- Experience with tree care safety and standard
- Knowledge of how to properly use chainsaws
- Experience with aerial lifts
- Ability to pull and back up a trailer
- Class A CDL
