Candidate will provide onsite support to the Clinicians and Administrative Team in a busy Medical Office.
Must be available to work in the office on Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5 pm.

Candidate must possess Great customer service skills, Communication skills and Professionalism. Must be able to communicate on the phone efficiently and respectfully. Must be able to handle a busy office environment answering phones and assisting guests. Looking for an outgoing personality who wants to be a part of a great team.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. QuickBooks is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Checking Patients In and Out
Organizing and Filing Data
Preparing Customer Insurance Packages
Answering the Phone and Scheduling Appointments.
Excel tracking
Invoicing/Billing Workers Compensation Claims
Multitasking and Attention to Detail
