Job Description:
Job Summary:
In this role, you will be essential in coordinating logistics and ensuring efficient communication between customers and staff. You will utilize your core skills in processing service requests, preparing paperwork for escalated calls and fulfilling customer needs to ensure full customer satisfaction, using both industry and proprietary concepts, practices, and procedures.
Job Duties:
- Provide fast, friendly, and fun customer service to all customers
- Answer incoming calls related to service, billing, and other departments.
- Schedule service/estimate appointments in a timely manner.
- Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments
- Manage & deescalate customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
- Answer questions and resolve issues related to past or future services
- Ensuring customer's information in database is accurate
- Create invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a customer
- Calculate additional charges, such as shipping costs, to include in invoices
- Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate
- Resolve billing errors that other staff or customers flag
- Work with other members of staff
- General housekeeping
- Other assigned duties as directed by management
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to work 40 hour shifts including holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
