Busy commercial insurance office, founded in 1996, needs a full-time customer service / data entry professional. We have a laid-back office environment and we service clients all over the US.
Your responsibilities will include entering and updating data in our system, answering phone, assisting clients with questions, taking payments & applications, handling and distributing mail, preparing quotes for agents, and calling clients for payment & renewal reminders.
You must be bondable, pleasant on the phone to our clients and applicants, and be proficient in office computer programs. A 440 license is not required but we will assist you in obtaining your license.
