As our Data Governance Manager, you will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and effective use of our data across various systems. You will also lead data governance initiatives, working closely with cross-functional departments and leadership to ensure compliance with data governance standards and support our core systems.
Additionally, you will focus on optimizing data quality, integrity, and compliance while overseeing the management and implementation of key data management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Lead and manage data governance and MDM initiatives, collaborating with various departments to promote best practices and support organizational goals.
· Monitor, report on, andimprove data governance metrics and organizational performance.
· Provide training andongoing support to staff ondata governance policies and procedures.
· Work with vendors and internal teams to optimize data management tools, processes, and systems, ensuring alignment with governance standards.
· Support the management and optimization of principal systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, case management systems like Filevine) to maintain data integrity.
· Assist with integrating data management software and tools, such as Palantir, Data Sentinel, Qlik, and ETL tools.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree inInformation Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in data governance, MDM, or a related field.
· Previous exposure to case management systems such as Filevine is a plus.
· Proficiency with data management software and tools such as Palantir, Data Sentinel, Qlik, and ETL tools.
· Strong understanding of data governance principles, best practices, and the ability to apply them to organizational systems.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
· Experience with MicrosoftPurview preferred

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
