Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a Demand Generation Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. A critical part of this role is managing the marketing-to-sales funnel—including initial lead qualification—to drive a steady flow of high-quality leads to our sales team. Contractor compensation structure will be : Per qualified leadPercentage of MRRPerformance-based bonusesResponsibilities :
- Develop and launch integrated demand generation campaigns (email, webinars, paid ads, etc.).
- Manage the full marketing funnel, including lead scoring and initial qualification.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track leads and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
- Monitor key performance metrics and optimize programs based on insights and data.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new tech to enhance our demand gen efforts.Requirements :
- 3 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role (preferably in B2B SaaS or tech).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
