We're Hiring: Dental Assistant
Our privately owned dental practice is growing, and we’re looking to welcome a positive, dependable, and highly motivated Dental Assistant to our friendly team! If you're organized, a great multitasker, and love providing excellent patient care, we’d love to meet you.
Experience: 1 year of dental assisting required
Location: El Dorado Hills, CA
Schedule: Part-time - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
About the Role:
As a Dental Assistant, you’ll work side-by-side with our doctors during general dentistry procedures, maintain a clean and well-stocked environment, and play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 4-handed dentistry with confidence and precision
- Maintain accurate patient records and health histories using CareStack
- Prepare treatment rooms before appointments
- Take and record patients’ blood pressure
- Capture diagnostic X-rays to support treatment planning
- Deliver pre- and post-op instructions to patients
- Keep instruments sterilized and workspaces spotless
- Monitor and replenish supplies throughout the office
- Support front desk with phones and scheduling when needed
- Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives, both in and out of the office
- Help maintain equipment and report any issues promptly
- Be a team player and pitch in wherever needed!
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers, especially PC systems
- A warm, patient-first attitude and a strong work ethic
