We have immediate opening for an Office Manager at a Dental facility in the Fayetteville area. In this role, you will help to create and maintain a safe, effective, and pleasant work environment. Having a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to communicate effectively with a team is your top priority. The smooth running of the day-to-day operations is our candidates’ primary duty.
Responsibilities:
- Must have Dental Office Experience.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to all employees.
- Organize the office layout, order stationery and equipment.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in multi-line phone system.
- Experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
- Close out Month end and submit monthly reports to Administrative team.
- Enforce Office Production and collection goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain direct and continuous quality improvement in all facets of the office.
Skills Needed:
- High school Diploma or GED (Required). Associates degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Manager in the Healthcare or Dental industry.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Accuracy in financial records using patient account software.
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in multi-line phone system.
- Proficient with Windows and Office 365.
- Strong work ethic, great attitude, and desire to provide the best customer service.
