New Associate, or Associate-to-Partner, opportunity.

Permanent/fulltime Associate opening.

Why are we recruiting? Recently lost an outstanding associate to out of state relocation.

Practice has been in place since 1992 and we have loyal patients and an excellent reputation.

Associate to Partner track if partnership is of interest to you. Partnership not required.

Highlights:

• 4-day workweek. Monday-Thursday. Practice is closed Friday-Sunday.
• 8 operatory practice. Fully staffed. Very little turnover with hygienists and assistants. One RDH has been with us 20 years. Our Office Manager has been with us 18 years.
• Doctors work 1-2 columns.
• Laid back feel.
• Bread and butter and lots of cosmetics.
• We offer Sleep appliances, as well.
• Owner-doctor places lots of implants and is enthusiastic about mentorship.
• Anything you want to offer your patients we can most likely accommodate.
• Our equipment is carefully selected and well maintained with plenty of budget to buy new, as needed.

Seeking a fulltime Associate doctor to join us for a 4-day workweek.

• $20k sign-on/relo package.
• Partnership fast-track may also be possible.

At least 2 years' post-training experience preferred.

We are open to 2025 DDS/DMD graduates and AEGD/GPR residents.

Unable to support visas as we are for-profit and without academic ties.
