We are looking for a caring Clinical Director with a background in mental heralth and chemical dependency to join our outpatient counseling center. We provide outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse treatment to individuals from the community. We provide individual and group therapy in a comfortable and confidential setting.
The successful candidate must have a background treating a wide variety of patients. You will be working full-time, so you must have your own reliable transportation and can work independently without any direct supervision.
Must have an Ohio License in relevant field
Be currently licensed as a LICDC-S, LICDC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement new clinical programs.
- Perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Advise on the utilization and management of outpatient services.
- Supervise the clinical team.
- Perform independent research.
- Organize time to perform administrative tasks.
- Provide treatment as needed.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of assessment and diagnosis.
- Knowledge of treatment planning.
- Knowledge of ASAMs.
- Knowledge of principles, theories and methods to treat mental, emotional issues and substance use.
- Knowledge of clinical documentation standards.
- Knowledge of ethical, legal and professional conduct.
- Knowledge of OMHAs regulations.
- Knowledge of CARF standards.
Skills:
- Ability to give full attention to clients and staff
- Ability to work independently and use time management skills
- Ability to show empathy and establish a connection with clients and staff
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
