About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Credit Risk Review to lead independent assessments of commercial credit exposures and overall credit risk. You will play a crucial role in providing insights and recommendations to senior management and the Risk Committee, helping to enhance our credit risk management practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (10-15 years) in credit risk and credit underwriting, paired with a robust understanding of commercial lending.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Conducting thorough assessments of credit exposures
- Presenting findings to senior stakeholders
- Overseeing and mentoring a team of Reviewers
- Managing review engagements as a Reviewer in Charge
- Analyzing complex credit structures and validating risk ratings
We seek a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with advanced education or industry certifications regarded as an advantage. Experience in commercial real estate, consumer lending, data analytics, and financial operations will enhance your candidacy.
