You should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in physical plant management, emphasizing construction management, planning, design, and overseeing multi-year capital projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Spec Text, and computerized facilities management systems is essential.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree, have CEFP certification, and experience in a higher education setting. Key skills necessary for success include exceptional communication abilities, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and the capability to work under pressure. You will be responsible for creating project quality plans, thriving in a service-oriented environment, and maintaining effective relationships with diverse constituencies.
