What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of First Impressions/CSR position at Confidential?
As the Director of First Impressions/Customer Service Representative, you will be the front facing person of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer support and client services. With core skills in English, data entry, and communication, you will handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and ensure a positive customer experience. This person will be primary for fielding incoming calls with the main initiative of managing as many of these calls directly, assisting clients with policy changes, claims reporting, billing issues, and other support needs which are within training and licensure. This person will attain competency in the practice of insurance as well as the utilization of the agency management system and various other office management tools to assist agency Producers and Account Managers.
