About the Role
The Company is actively looking for a strategic and innovative Director of Revenue Cycle Technology and Innovation to spearhead the advancement of technology and innovation within revenue cycle management. In this pivotal role, you will evaluate and implement emerging technology solutions that enhance efficiency and outcomes in RCM. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
As the Director, you will lead special projects, manage the technology roadmap, and oversee the execution of all platform technologies supporting RCM. The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree—preferably a Master's degree in healthcare administration or an MBA—along with a minimum of 15 years of professional leadership experience in RCM and technology within large healthcare settings.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in RCM operations, significant leadership experience in technology, and a demonstrated history of successfully implementing innovative technology solutions. Certification as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Epic certification in Resolute is required. We seek a strategic thinker who is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, while effectively managing partnerships with key technology vendors.
