    • About the Role

    We are excited to invite applications for the role of Director of Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Operations. In this influential position, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our cell therapy initiatives, focusing on building and managing an efficient sourcing operation that aligns with our commitment to T cell engineering for treating autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.

    Your responsibilities will include :

  • Establishing robust procurement functions and optimizing supply chain processes.
  • Leading the selection and implementation of critical supply components.
  • Providing strategic insights and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting capacity and capability planning, setting up supply lanes, and managing inventory effectively.

    • The ideal candidate will possess :

  • A Bachelor's degree in life sciences; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical operations, including at least 5 years in sourcing or supply chain management, specifically in cell therapy.
  • A proven record of managing complex supply chains, optimizing costs, and enhancing performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and influence team members at all levels.
