What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Supervisor position at Confidential?
Total Compensation package could be between $75,000 - $80,000 per year! We’ll start you off on your path to success as a District Supervisor with a paid training period so that you acquire in depth knowledge of the function of each position within one of our store locations as well as the specifics of management functions. Then we’ll pair you with an experienced District Supervisor so that you can learn the in’s and out’s of multi-unit supervision within our organization.
District Supervisors are expected to:
- Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards within all the stores they supervise
- Meet specific operational/profit & loss statement goals by ensuring that cash control/security procedures are followed, maintaining inventory, managing labor and reviewing financial reports for the stores they supervise
- Think on their feet and take appropriate actions to resolve customer and employee issues as they arise
- Ensure company standards for equipment, facilities, and grounds are maintained within all the stores they supervise
- Maintain team morale within all the stores they supervise
- Conduct store level training and development activities for all the stores they supervise
- Work cooperatively with their store General Managers to recruit, interview and hire team members
- Communicate regularly and effectively with the Vice President to whom they report
