We organize daily meetings, practice communication and sales techniques, and strive to create a superior customer experience. Key Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with new and existing customers to inform them about the newest and latest telecommunications services that they may qualify for
- Acquire new customer acquisition for clients through in-person communications and client meetings
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals to contribute to the success of our team and our client’s customer acquisition expectations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information while using a tablet to complete their customer profile
- Attend daily training sessions with Account Managerteam leads to ensure you are equipped with solid sales and communications skills, and a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services to communicate effectively with customers
Entry Level Account Manager Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in telecommunications, sales, account management, communications, customer service, or any other customer-facing experience
- Exhibit strong communication and active listening skills to effectively close sales while building strong relationships with customers
- Self-motivated with a high ambition to succeed in a competitive environment
- Display a positive attitude with customers, management, fellow junior and senior associates, and our clients, as this greatly benefits the office and team atmosphere
- Have the ability to problem-solve in challenging situations and be comfortable with asking for help when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $850.00 - $1,300.00 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
