What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Director, Substance Abuse Recovery position at Confidential?
Substance use disorder treatment organization is seeking an Executive Director to lead the clinical, operational, and medical functions of the facility. This individual is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations and financial performance of the facility as well as ensuring compliance with all safety, ethical, and legal standards.
This key leader is also responsible for:
- Partnering with HR regarding hiring strategy and goals.
- Ensuring the hiring and retention of highly qualified individuals.
- Leading, managing, and developing employees.
- Ensuring high levels of employee engagement.
- Overseeing top quality programming for clients.
- Delivery of high caliber client care.
- Ensuring all actions and activities within the location align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Senior management experience in Mental or Behavioral Health
