Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leasing , ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with potential and current residents. This position requires a proactive approach to leasing and an understanding of and a solid understanding of administrative tasks, including familiarity with property management software- OneSite.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents, showcasing available units and highlighting community features.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of resident applications, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the property maintenance team to address resident concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote available units through various channels, focusing on leasing opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of property maintenance processes is a plus.
