POSITION SUMMARY
This salaried position as Field Nurse Supervisor would give the opportunity to be a part of a company out in the community supporting our aging population. She/he will provide in-home and facility supervision to Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Caregivers (PCA/Companions/Live-ins/Homemakers)

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS
-Currently licensed Registered Nurse in good standing, in the State in which services are provided.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- At least two-years of experience in an acute care setting, one of which is in a home healthcare setting is preferred.
- Current CPR certification and must maintain certification.
- Physically capable and able to lift and transfer clients to the level and amount determined by each individual client to be able to care for clients in a home setting.
- Possess effective communication skills and be a problem solver
- Active and current driver's license and have a dependable insured automobile.
- Strong leadership and management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide training and support to field staff
- Monitor and evaluate field staff performance
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Performs initial evaluation and assessment
- Establishes, updates and revises the Care Plan with team
- Instructs client and in nursing care required to promote client's health and safety.
- Supervise and manage field staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
