The Field Support Manager provides administrative and operational support to our installation team. This role ensures seamless coordination of travel, equipment, and schedules, enabling the team to execute projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the administrative needs of the installation team.
- Maintain and update project records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
Travel Coordination:
- Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, for installation team members.
- Resolve travel-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Manage travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
Equipment Coordination:
- Oversee the procurement, shipment, and delivery of tools, materials, and equipment required for installations.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate equipment maintenance or replacement as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations for equipment usage and safety.
Calendar Management:
- Maintain and coordinate team calendars, scheduling meetings, site visits, and project timelines.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines.
- Communicate scheduling changes promptly to all stakeholders.
Team Communication and Support:
- Act as a liaison between the installation team and other departments to facilitate project planning and execution.
- Address inquiries and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote a collaborative and supportive environment within the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting field service teams, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Experience in logistics or equipment coordination is a plus.
