Job Overview
We are seeking a Fleet Administrator / Finance Coordinator to support field fleet teams. This role is responsible for accounts payable, invoice processing, financial reporting, and issue resolution related to fleet expenses. The position requires proactive communication with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and process invoices for fleet-related expenses.
- Conduct reconciliations, statement reviews, and discrepancy resolution.
- Track and proactively alert stakeholders regarding payment or warranty concerns.
- Generate and distribute financial reports, KPIs, and scorecards.
- Maintain vendor relations and resolve payment inquiries.
- Assist in developing and refining department SOPs and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (fleet technicians, managers, payables team).
Qualifications
- Support or fleet management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounts payable systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team.
