About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Vice President to secure the financial health and integrity of our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee a range of critical accounting functions, including cash management, work-in-progress (WIP) accounting, consolidated financial statements, payroll, and fixed assets. We are looking for a professional with at least 7 years of experience in the construction industry, strong skills in annual budgeting and forecasting, and a proven track record in cash management.
The successful Finance Vice President will ensure accurate financial reporting and oversee multiple accounting departments while effectively communicating financial metrics and reports to executive management. A solid understanding of general ledger practices, along with experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), is essential. A CPA designation and familiarity with GAAP accounting principles are required for this role.
Key qualifications include :
- Experience in managing payroll
- Expertise in fixed asset accounting
- A strong grasp of standard accounting procedures
