About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Financial Chief Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and strategy. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, manage annual budgets, and conduct accurate financial forecasting and risk management. You will work closely with the CEO and senior executives to drive the company's financial performance and guide critical growth initiatives.
As CFO, you will lead cost management programs, enhance cash flow generation, and implement effective financial systems. An essential part of your role will be to assess and act on inorganic growth opportunities while managing a skilled financial team. We seek an outstanding candidate with at least 10 years of experience in corporate finance, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; an MBA or Master’s in finance is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of corporate financial processes, standards, and regulations, along with proficiency in financial software and tools. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are crucial. You will also be responsible for guiding compensation and incentive planning and ensuring that key performance indicators align with our business objectives.
