Duties
- Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage food production processes, including menu planning, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Lead and train staff in food handling practices, customer service techniques, and operational procedures.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance service efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors to procure high-quality ingredients while managing costs effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a positive dining atmosphere.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Experience
- Proven experience in food service management or a related field is essential.
- Strong background in supervising teams within the food production or restaurant industry.
