What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant position at Confidential?
Key Responsibilities:
1. **General Ledger Management:** Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
2. ** Accounts Payable and Receivable:** Manage incoming and outgoing payments, including processing invoices, making payments, and following up on outstanding accounts.
3. **Financial Reporting:** Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management review.
4.Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances, and providing insights to management.
6. **Tax Compliance:** Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns.
7. **Auditing Support:** Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial records.8. **Software Proficiency:** Utilize Quickbooks Desktop software to manage financial transactions and reporting.
