Key responsibilities for the General Counsel include providing strategic legal counsel to the leadership team, overseeing legal strategies for data governance, cybersecurity, and privacy, and leading the negotiation and review of complex agreements. The role also involves managing litigation, staying abreast of regulatory developments, and ensuring legal compliance in all aspects of the company's operations.
Applicants for the General Counsel position at the company should have a JD from an accredited law school, with an active U.S. State Bar membership in good standing, and at least 12 years of legal experience, with a significant focus on healthcare technology, regulatory compliance, or data privacy.
