General Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality and food industry, particularly in casual dining. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage staff, ensure high-quality service, and drive business growth while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the establishment, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
• Supervise and train staff across various departments, including culinary, bartending, and service teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining cost controls.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that align with customer preferences.
• Manage POS systems to ensure accurate transactions and reporting.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.

Experience

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the hotel or food industry, preferably in casual dining settings.
• Strong background in culinary operations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in staff training and team management.
• Experience with POS systems and operational management tools.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
