We are a fast-paced and dynamic advertising agency seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads Specialist with additional expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing successful campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, and will be responsible for driving campaign performance for our diverse client base.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other teams. They should also have experience in analyzing data and drawing insights from their findings in order to make successful decisions related to digital advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients across various industries.
- Perform keyword research, develop effective targeting strategies, and write compelling ad copy to maximize reach and conversions across platforms.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, and other team members to develop campaign messaging and creative assets for both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Analyze campaign data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on campaign performance across platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in Google Ads and Meta Ads to ensure maximum effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide recommendations for improving campaign performance and overall digital marketing strategy for clients across both platforms.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) for clients.
- Manage budgets effectively and stay within budgetary constraints
- Collaborate with Creative, Production, Media Buying, and SEO teams
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience managing successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and their various ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret large sets of data from both platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
- Good understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Ability to interpret data from various sources effectively
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
