A hotel property in York is looking for an experienced guest service agent to join the team.
*Primary shifts will be part-time, mainly second shift (3P-11P) on weekdays and/or weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Being passionate about providing guest with an outstanding experience every time
- Extraordinary guest service at all times
- Effective problem solving skills & multi-task
- The ability to get the room sold by following the pricing strategy
- Must have good knowledge of the local area and nearby attractions
- The ability to work effectively in a face paced environment
- Assist guests with reservations
- Meet monthly enrollments & promotion packages
- Communicate effective through verbal and written communications
Job Requirements:
- Sales and prior hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
- Applicant must be able to speak, understand and write fluent English.
- Applicant must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
