About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Information Technology to lead our established IT team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of our IT operations, including cybersecurity, software engineering, data analytics, AI / ML development, architecture governance, as well as cloud and on-prem infrastructures. You will also manage networks, vendor relations, budgets, helpdesk, telephony, workforce management systems, and project management.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in information systems (Master's preferred), with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an executive IT role and a proven track record of at least 2 years in the security industry. Familiarity with Salesforce and call center technology is essential, specifically in areas such as sales, service, field service lightning, CPQ, marketing cloud, and commerce cloud.
Expertise in Agile / SCRUM methodologies is a must. As Head of IT, you will be a strategic leader, shaping the company's IT vision to ensure alignment with broader business goals. This role requires strong management capabilities to supervise a diverse team, efficiently navigate projects, and optimize budgets.
We seek a proactive individual with a rich depth of IT management experience and a keen understanding of industry trends. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our IT department.
