As a national provider of behavioral healthcare to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), we are seeking a seasoned, results-oriented, motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to complete out team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the TAS’s primary goals are to fill open positions through creative and tenacious sourcing and to build and maintain great relationships with candidates through trust and integrity.

You
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for building relationships with qualified healthcare professionals who have interest in working both in-person and via telehealth providing behavioral healthcare for our patients in skilled nursing facilities across the United States. The role will require persuasively presenting information about these healthcare opportunities, maintaining long-lasting relationships, and contributing to our ongoing success.
For the right candidate, this may be a remote position. Local candidates are also welcome for in-office or hybrid work out of our headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, vetting and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for open positions
- Utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills to persuasively present job opportunities including position details, location, compensation, and benefits to prospective candidates.
- Educating prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of working for our company.
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals by providing superior customer service before, during and after hire.
- Building the number of healthcare professionals for our growing organization by meeting and exceeding monthly recruitment goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of success in a metrics-driven healthcare recruiting role
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred with a focus on business, sales, or communication
- Competitive spirit, confident, high-energy personality.
- Smart, critical thinker with strong negotiating skills.
- Self-motivated business minded leader that thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced work environment
- Consummate professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- History of success within a similar environment and an optimistic attitude
- Working proficiency with technology, including MS Office Suite and ATS systems (experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus, but not required)
