We're presently advising a top-performing credit fund on its headcount growth in 2025.
Following another strong year, with excellent fund performance and the investment team growing, our client is seeking to hire a talented credit investment professional to join their hedge fund strategies group.
The role will focus on:
- Analyzing corporate credit investment and trading opportunities - across cash and CDS - for a Long/Short credit strategy
- Generating investment ideas in high yield, leveraged loans, event-driven, distressed and special situations
- Working with the senior portfolio management and CIO to assist with executing trades, portfolio construction, and supporting the wider investment team across other strategies
- Mentoring and organizing junior team members
The firm seeks a mid- to senior-level research professional - one who can boast excellent investment experience in US high yield and special situations. Additional exposure to adjacent securities or strategies (distressed/restructuring events, convertible bonds, re-org equities, etc.) is valued but not essential.
Salary : $175,000 - $250,000
