Hospitality Management Company currently seeking experienced Hotel General Manager to lead one of our properties in Nags Head, NC.
The right candidate will be responsible for the following;
- Administer, direct, and control the operations of Hotel
- Responsible for achieving/exceeding budgeted revenue
- Training associates of all departments
- Particpates and conducts scheduled staff meetings
- Promote teamwork
- Build on existing company culture
- Accurate record keeping of all accounts and employee files
- Lead property in service training
- Oversee Preventative Maintenance program
- Inventory and order all essential products
- Responsible for management systems – A/P, A/R, and payroll
- Perform hands-on duties as required.
- Participate in company meetings as needed.
