What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Confidential?
We are looking for a professional Housekeeper capable of attending to our residences and facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is responsible, hard-working, trustworthy, detail-oriented, flexible, honest, and reliable. They will interact with the property owners, guests of the owners, and our full-time ranch staff. This position is Monday thru Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. They will report to the Ranch Manager. We try to stick to 8 hours per day but there can be occasional overtime. There is a 90-day trial period to start, as well as a background and drug check that will be run as part of our employee screening process. Must have a valid driver’s license and be legal to work in the US. Positions available immediately!
The Housekeeper is responsible for tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash cans, dusting, laundry, cleaning windows, helping with animal care, and mopping floors. Also, they may need to help wash dishes and run errands when guests or property owners are in town.
Qualifications:
-Past experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
-Must be able to stand, squat, kneel, bend and be on their feet for long periods of time
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work with little supervision
-Friendly and personable
-Prioritization and time management skills
-Working quickly without compromising quality
-Knowledge of the English language

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
